VistaGraphics, Inc. is pleased to announce their recent acquisition of The Wedding Guide to the Outer Banks and the Outer Banks Coastal Life magazines from Three Dog Ink Media, LLC. In August, the transition became official, and the next issues of these publications are scheduled for later this year.
VistaGraphics, a publishing and media company located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, has been in business for more than 30 years, with its roots in hospitality publishing. The company currently publishes over 28 magazine titles—including lifestyle publications Coastal Virginia Magazine and Lynchburg Living, business magazines CoVaBIZ and Lynchburg Business, wedding magazines Coastal Virginia Bride and Central Virginia Bridal Guide, as well as a number of Visitors Guides for the Mid-Atlantic region—and has designed and developed over 35 client and corporate websites among other digital services such as Email Marketing, Ad Messenger and Targeted Display advertising campaigns.
The addition of the two new Outer Banks titles is an accompaniment to titles already owned and published in-house by VistaGraphics. Over the past several decades, VistaGraphics has designed and printed numerous magazines focused on the Outer Banks including the Outer Banks Visitors Guide. Jeff Donohue, who has been working at VistaGraphics for more than 25 years and is a long-time resident of the Outer Banks area, will serve as the associate publisher and editor of the newly acquired magazine titles. Anchoring the team is Jay Bellamy, VistaGraphics and VistaDigital Agency director of digital sales, who will be involved with sales development of both products and is also a long-time employee of the company and resident of the Outer Banks.
